Junior Life Masters: Leading Our Way to the Future /
Project Junior Life Masters is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership project in school education that brings together schools from Bulgaria, Turkye, and Spain to help students develop the essential life skills needed for the 21st century. The project runs from October 2025 to February 2027 and is coordinated by Antim I Primary School in Sofia, Bulgaria, in cooperation with partner schools in Ankara and Durango.
The project was created in response to growing challenges faced by young people across Europe, including bullying, social conflicts, low emotional resilience, lack of independence, and difficulties in communication and collaboration. Junior Life Masters aims to address these issues through innovative educational activities that combine intercultural exchange, emotional intelligence, leadership development, creativity, sustainability, and teamwork.
Through workshops, international mobilities, collaborative projects, and digital learning activities, students aged 11–14 will strengthen skills such as:
• communication and teamwork,
• leadership and decision-making,
• emotional intelligence and empathy,
• critical thinking and problem-solving,
• entrepreneurship and creativity,
• intercultural understanding and global citizenship.
The project also supports teachers by providing new educational methods and tools for integrating life skills and social-emotional learning into everyday teaching practices. Parents and local communities are indirectly involved through awareness activities and dissemination events.
